These are the general terms for the standard website offer. A written proposal or agreement may add or replace terms for a specific project.
First 10 businesses: launch offer
The launch offer is a small-business brochure website for $0 setup for the first 10 businesses, plus $99/month managed care after a 30-day free trial. The customer completes one checkout: the initial charge is $0 today, and the same checkout authorizes $99/month after the 30-day free trial. The trial starts when signup is completed, not on the website launch date. A payment method is required; cancel during the trial to avoid the first monthly charge. This offer is limited to the first 10 new businesses to complete signup after written scope approval, one per business. Existing agreements are unchanged. Work begins after the scope, business information, payment terms, and approval process are confirmed in writing.
Standard delivery is estimated at 5–10 business days after all required content, approvals, and access are received. Timing may change if the scope or required materials change.

- Large redesigns or new page systems
- Booking systems and ecommerce

- Professional translation, photography, or branding
Your content and approvals
You are responsible for confirming that the names, claims, prices, contact details, images, logos, and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them. We do not make a proposal website official or connect it to your domain without your approval.
Revisions and monthly updates
The standard setup includes one revision round before launch. Monthly care includes one small text or image update per month that does not change the site structure. Unused updates do not accumulate. Larger or urgent work requires a separate quote and schedule.
Domains and third-party services
One standard domain registration and annual renewal are included at no additional cost while Managed Website Care remains active, up to $20 per year. Premium domains and costs above $20 per year require your approval and a separate payment. The domain is registered for the customer and can be transferred to the customer when service ends, subject to registrar transfer restrictions. Choko Tech may manage registration, DNS, renewal, and security settings while the managed care subscription is active. Availability, policies, transfer locks, and outages of third-party providers are outside our direct control.
Cancellation
Monthly care may be cancelled during the free trial or before the next billing date through the options on our billing and cancellation page. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first monthly care charge, and the managed website closes at the end of the 30-day trial. After recurring billing begins, the website remains available through the paid billing period and closes when that period ends. A customer may request one export of the agreed website deliverables within 30 days after closure. Domain transfer is completed when allowed by the registrar and registry. Website setup payments and any exceptional refund arrangement are governed by the written proposal accepted before work begins.
Reasonable limits
We will provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise search rankings, visitor numbers, sales, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every third-party change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the previous three months.
